How Do I Delete More Than One Letter At A Time?
To delete multiple emails, please check each box next to the ladies picture. Once you have selected all of the messages you want to delete select the delete button.

To send emails to the lady members, you must first purchase credits to send emails and correspond with the lady members.
Once you have purchased credits, you can email the lady members by either replying to the emails in your Inbox or selecting the envelope icon in the ladies profile.

How Do i Send Photo's to the Ladies?
To add photos as attachments when replying to messages:
1. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and select the Browse button.
2. A new window will appear and you will be able to search for pictures that have been downloaded to your computer.
3. After choosing which picture you desire to send in your message, select the Send button.
All photo attachments must be 2 MB or smaller. All photo attachments must be either a JPG or GIF file. To reduce the size of your photos, please use photo editing software, i.e. Photo Draw, Photo Shop.

To save an Introductory letter, please select a lady member to write to. Once you have typed your letter in the space provided, and BEFORE sending your letter, please check the "Save As Intro" box.
To make changes to and/or rewrite your Introductory letter, please complete the steps outlined above.

What Are Introductory and Follow Up Letters?
Introductory letters are the first letter that is written to the lady members introducing you to them.
Any emails after your first letter to the lady are Follow Up emails.
Any sent emails costs 10 credits.

My Letter Did Not Send. Why?
Was your letter particularly long? Or did it take a long time to write your letter? Please be advised that for security purposes, members are automatically logged out for inactivity. We realize that this is especially frustrating when writing long messages and we apologize for the inconvenience.
It may be best to first compose your message in MS Word, then copy and paste the message into your email before sending it to avoid losing any more messages.
Additionally, because of the costs of using our site, we really don’t suggest contacting ladies you’re not interested in. If many men contacted ladies with rejection letters that would probably be more discouraging . What do the options on the Chat Invitation window mean?
There are 3 options available to members receiving Chat Invitations. They are:
1. Accept – selecting this option will open a chat session with the member inviting you to chat.
2. Decline – selecting this option will decline and close the chat invitation.
3. Block – selecting this option permanently blocks the member from chatting with you. Once you invite a previously blocked member to a chat session, the block against that member will immediately discontinue.
Closing the Chat window has replaced the Busy link option. Closing the Chat window tells all members you are busy during the next 5 minutes. Therefore, closing the chat window will stop all incoming invitations for a period of 5 minutes.

Can My Lady Visit Me First?
For the lady members to visit the US, they will need a letter of invitation from the country where they are purposing to visit, they will need proof of correspondence of whom they are going to visit, among other immigration requirements. If the lady members do not have this information ready and available when they are at the immigration offices to obtain their Visa, their application is denied and they are ineligible to reapply for up to 6 months.

After your credit card clears you will receive a link to a form that you must fill out and return with a valid picture ID. This form and your proof of ID must be returned within 48 hours of booking your apartment. If it isn’t returned within that time span your reservation will be forfeited.

What is your cancellation policy?
For stays of 1-5 nights:
Canceling your reservation between 1 and 7 days prior to your arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to one night’s stay.
For stays of 5-7 nights:
Canceling your reservation between 1 and 7 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to two nights stay.
For stays of over 7 nights:
Canceling your reservation between 1 and 7 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to three nights stay.
If you cancel your reservation more than 7 days in advance you will receive a full refund.
In all cases, canceling your reservation on the day of your arrival will result in a forfeiture of your entire rental payment and other reserved services (transfers, interpreter costs, etc.)
Note: We do not guarantee the unit until the apartment is paid in full. Until the payment is received, the apartment may be reserved by another person.

What if I need to change my reservation dates?
If you give us notice at least 20 days in advance and your apartment rental schedule allows your dates to be moved, your reservation can be moved without any penalty. If you give less than 20 days notice or the original apartment does not allow your dates to be moved due to schedule conflict (in which case we will have to propose another apartment for you) the penalty is a one night fee.

Check-in time is 2 pm. Check-out time is 12 pm. If you wish to check-in before 2 pm, please let us know in advance and we will try to meet your needs if the apartment rental schedule allows. If you need to check-out after 12 pm it is possible for an additional fee (usually half-a-days rent). Early check-in and late check-out are charged at the rate of 50% of the daily price of the apartment.

How do I check-out of my apartment?
Our representative will come to your apartment right before the check-out time and will examine the apartment just to make sure nothing has been damaged (if there are damages, you are responsible for the costs of the damage). Once the brief inspection has been completed, our representative will retrieve the key from you. If you need a space for storing luggage after check-out, or if you need further accommodations, please inform our local representative so that arrangements can be made enabling you to possibly check out on your own and bring the key with you to the agency office before returning home.
